Perform online cultivation experiments and prepare media compositions with the BioLector XT microbioreactor & Biomek i5 liquid handler integration.  Our unique automated screening platform for microbial cultures allows you to design and execute highly elaborate experiments that are on track with biological signals increasing the experiment reproducibility.  Cultivation well-individually triggered sampling, dosing actions (e.g., adding inducer or feed solutions), or inoculation of culture wells in the BioLector XT microplate are executed on the basis of the online, real-time signals from the BioLector XT microbioreactor (biomass, pH value, dissolved oxygen concentration, experiment time, etc.) without the need to stop the shaking of the microplate inside the BioLector XT instrument.
